We were very pleased. They were able to get the specific car we wanted moved to the dealership so we could do a test drive. Andrew, the salesperson even came in on his day off to help us. He was extremely nice. The entire process was easy. We did not have a trade in and had already secured financing through our credit union. We agreed on a price, completed an application and then signed papers with the finance department. We were very happy with the whole experience and appreciate the extra effort.

Isaac took care of my financial closing out of the sale, and he was so kind and incredibly helpful. Raul was there to help me with my purchase approval. What could have been an overnight at a lical hotel, turned into them wirking with me so our family could drive off the lot with my new truck. I worked with Nathan and he was friendly, professional and communicated clearly; however, I was not happy with the service. The reason I was not happy is because I had booked the appointment under the impression from the GMC website that a "first time customer" could receive one free oil change and tire rotation. I was told at the dealership that that was only for customers who purchase a brand new vehicle. No where on the website did it state that. Also, I was given and charged for a tire rotation even though I was told my tires all needed to be replaced. I'm disappointed that someone wouldn't have checked with me first to tell me about needing new tires and asking if I still wanted the tire rotation.

Alan was my service writer, and He was upfront and honest about what to expect. Dublin GMC is quite busy in the service department. The line was almost to the street. He let me know how buys they were and then went above and beyond to over deliver. I was told to expect the vehicle to be ready late afternoon and yet he got me pulled through a couple hours early. The vehicle was cleaned as well.

I brought the truck in for its first service, installation of the tonneau cover and warranty issues of front dash noise and rear suspension creaking and vibration. The service and tonneau cover went fine. But despite installing a new air spring, the rear creaking/vibration remains. And the technician could not replicate the front dash noise. So overall with the truck spending almost 3 weeks at GMC Dublin I feel disappointed with the experience.

Extremely terrible experience. I’ll be changing my dealership going forward. Your service deptt is at it s lowest customer support levels in years. I have been your customer for over 22 years. I have not seen your service dip to such poor levels. I had to tow my Denali since the wheel lock from my car was missing. And it had a flat tire. Handed it to Alan Elias. For next 12 days, the truck was in your dealership with no updates and progress. Often I had to reach out to find status. The usual reply I used to get was that it’s being worked or ‘ I’ll find out more about it and let you know’. But again silence till I called the next time. Hopeless dealership…

My Service Advisor, Aisha, was great but she’s on the Chevy side and I have a GMC. Scheduling was a small disaster! I received at least 5 phone calls, 5 text messages, and 5 emails even after I scheduled the service. In two of the calls I was asked to come in for an oil change but I have a GMC Sierra EV!!! When I arrived at the GMC service center I was informed that I’m supposed to be on the Chevy side. When I went to Chevy they told me that my GMC needs to be serviced on the GMC side! The Chevy side eventually agreed to do the service. I’m a bit disappointed that it took 2 hours and cost over $200 to perform a tire rotation… All that could be better.

parts and labor costs were overpriced compared to competition and other makes' service dept's. eg.; qouted 4x the cost of a part from parts dept, compared to GM/Delco direct. For those who are handy with a wrench, I would not recommend unless time is your x factor, and if time is your deciding factor, seek a local garage/autoshop instead.

Ernie was great! I was able to make the appointment late in the day, and was able to bring my 3500 AT4 first thing in the morning so I dropped it off and the service team found leaks I didn’t even know about! They even replaced parts still under warranty and got my truck back the same day. If that’s not excellent service, I don’t know what is.
